If there is something that is not right with the purchase, we will make it right and replace it with the same product to ensure you are happy.  If you get the product, and decide that you want to return it, please consult our return policy.

RETURNS

We offer a return period of 30 days from the date of delivery. If you decide that you want to return your product for any reason, you can do so within that 30-day window. We do require that prior to returning your product, you obtain a return authorization (RA) number. A RA number can be obtained by calling us at 877-848-8300 during our business hours 8:30am CST- 4:30pm CST. Returns without authorization are NOT eligible for returns.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns.

Undamaged, refused or unauthorized returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE

We carefully inspect each piece before shipment to ensure quality and accuracy. However, if you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will replace it at no cost. We guarantee our products are free from defects. We will arrange a carrier pickup for the defective item at our expense. For returns, please refer to our return policy.
