Do I need to set up an account with you?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to save your information for faster checkout and access your full order history anytime.

How are Fontanini figures created and are they safe for families?

Each figure is hand painted by artisans in the village of Bagni di Lucca, Italy, some even paint them at home. Fontanini uses lead-free paint, making the figures safe for all ages to enjoy.

How fast can I expect my order?

Very quickly! Most orders ship within 2-3 business days and many ship the same day they are placed.

Is the Baby Jesus removable from the manger?

Yes! In true Fontanini tradition, the Baby Jesus figure is always designed to be removable no matter the scale of the set.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

We offer a return period of 30 days from the date of delivery. If you decide that you want to return your product for any reason, you can do so within that 30-day window. We do require that prior to returning your product, you obtain a return authorization (RA) number. A RA number can be obtained by calling us at 877-848-8300 during our business hours 8:30am CST - 4:30pm CST. Returns without authorization are NOT eligible for returns.
